- When moving in, these are just some of the things people wonder about. No special order, just a random collection of info related to our neighborhood.
- Bus service. Our front entrance is 1 block from a stop for Madison Metro bus routes 70 and 72 which connect us directly with downtown Madison as well as other areas of Middleton.
- There is an excellent grocery just a short drive, bike ride, or walk of about one half mile. It’s a nice new store, fitting in well with the neighborhood. Here’s short review of the store from the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel.
- Harbor Athletic Club is a short walk or drive, about one quarter mile from our front door. They have year round fitness and exercise programs for all ages.
- We’re rich in bakeries and coffee shops right nearby. C’s Bakery and the Prairie Cafe are only a few blocks away. Great coffee stops - everything from a McDonalds to a Starbucks are right near by.
- Within a few blocks there is also a very good Ace Hardware store and Bergmanns, an excellent local pharmacy. The UW Credit Union has just opened a beautiful new branch office just west of us on Century Av. There are wonderful restaurants and taverns within walking distance.
- 10 minutes from the capitol. Rapid access to all driving arteries, and the Dane County Airport.
